PAMBAN RAILWAY BRIDGE-TAMILNADU
Pamban Railway bridge boasts of first ever lift span in India. It consists of 99 numbers of 20mtrs plate girder spans and 1 no. of 77 mtrs. Lift span. Suntech is involved in designing of entire scheme and all the temporary equipment required for launching the girders at desired location. Total 4500MT steel involved in the permanent structure of this bridge.
NAVI MUMBAI METRO-RAILWAY FLYOVER
This RFO is a part of Navi Mumbai Metro network spanning 100Mtrs. over the central railway tracks near Taloja railway station in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Suntech was involved in the design of launching scheme of the open web girder at 17M height across the railway tracks. Launching nose was designed to achieve cantilever launching.
DELISLE ROB,MUMBAI-MAHARASHTRA
Delisle ROB is a unique structure consisting of 2 open web girders spanning over 9 western railway lines. Each truss has a skew of 65 degree in plan. Suntech was involved in making a launching scheme and designing temporary plate girders to launch OWG from one end to another. Also, Suntech provided service for 3D cad model and fabrication drawings of the permanent structure.
PATRIPOOL-KALYAN
The Patripool ROB is a crucial connector between Kalyan and Navi Mumbai as well as the eastern and western sides of the city. Suntech was involved in suggesting methodology for cantilever launching across the railway lines and designing launching nose and other related temporary structures
VERSOVA CREEK BRIDGE-MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA
The Versova creek bridge is a four-lane balanced cantilever bridge bridge across the Versova creek on the Mumbai-Surat corridor. Suntech was involved in designing The Cantilever Construction Equipment (CCE) for casting concrete segment having maximum length - 3.75 m and weight - 136 MT (approx.)
CHENAB RAILWAY ARCH BRIDGE INSPECTION GANTRY-JAMMU AND KASHMIR
The Chenab Rail Arch Bridge is the world's highest railway bridge on the Chenab river in Jammu and Kashmir. Suntech is involved in designing of gantry crane for the lifting and lowering of inspection platform for inspection of piers and middle portion of arch from bottom and sides.
